I first spoke to Trevor last year about getting a mortgage. He seemed professional, experienced and straight to the point. I previously tried to buy a house twice in the past but it never went through, I then decided to give Trevor a chance after speaking to several brokers as he seemed to know his onions. He started off by explaining to me the process of a mortgage, time frame expectations, documents I needed and what to expect at different stages. What struck me about him was that he did not seem salesy, for some reason I felt like I was speaking to an accountant as he seems to possess exceptional eye for details. He also told me how much mortgage I was likely to be approved for even thou a previous broker told me I can only get significantly less amount. If you are anything like me, that wants a broker the knows the mortgage industry like the back of his hands, straight to the point, under promises but over delivers then you have found your man! I got the keys to my new property and guess where my first post (congratulatory card) came from?
